If you're looking for new and unique ways for your child to have fun while learning during this time, journaling is a great way to do it.
As a kid, I loved to journal -- 30 years later and I still do. I grew up with both blank journals and those fun ones with prompts and loved them equally. My mom saved all of the ones I kept while growing up and I have so much fun going back and reading all the fun things I wrote. The memories come running back and I also find myself laughing at the silly things I thought were important back then. Boy was I embarrassing!
